Punk Carter trains world class cutting and roping horses for himself as well as the public. He is a AAAA NCHA Judge, former NCHA President, served numerous years on the NCHA Executive Committee, is an honorary lifetime Vice President, Hall of Fame member of NCHA and a Director AL.  Punk provides training, instruction & clinics for cutting enthusiasts, Open, Non-Pro and Amateur.

The Horse World is Punk's world. He spends 24 hours of his day breathing, sleeping, walking, and talking cutting horses and roping horses.
