Punk Carter trains world class cutting and roping horses for himself as well as the public and he coaches people young and old, open, non-pro, or amateur to ride them. He is a AAAA NCHA Judge, former NCHA President, was a member of the NCHA Executive Committee for numerous years, known in the NCHA Hall OF Fame, a NCHA Director, a lifetime NCHA member and a lifetime AQHA member.
